This page covers anewman.org: what the site collects, why, and who else sees it.
What you give us
The site has one form, the next-weekend list. If you leave your email there, we store it with the time you signed up, which form you used, and your browser type. We use it for one thing: to email you when the next weekend opens. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to anyone else's list. To be taken off, email greg@anewman.org.
The site never asks about your health, your history, or your faith.
Registration
The Register buttons take you to a separate registration and payment form at forms.brothersroad.org. That form isn't part of this website. What you enter there, including payment details, is handled by that form and its provider.
The Meta Pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site uses the Meta Pixel to see whether those ads work. When you visit, your browser tells Meta which page you opened, whether you clicked a Register button, and, if you join the next-weekend list, that someone joined. Meta also gets standard browser details such as your IP address and device type, and may set cookies. If you're logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can link the visit to your account.
We don't send Meta your email address or anything you type into the form.
Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can limit ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a content blocker.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers log basic details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser, and the page you asked for, to keep the site running and secure. Some code the page needs loads from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, which sees the same basic details. The fonts come from this site.
Children
The weekend is for adult men. The site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
