Registration and Payment

Before you register, please read our FAQs about registering, location, travel, etc.

Register

$350 deposit holds your space

Early-bird Registration Fee
$725

We must receive the full $725 payment (including any deposit) by January 13, 2026. (It is not enough to pay just the deposit before January 13.)

Regular Registration Fee
US$875

We must receive your full payment (including any deposit) by February 27, 2026, unless you have been pre-approved for a payment plan. (See next column.)

Apply for Aid

Two types of financial assistance are available:

  • Partial sponsorships (or grants) cover at least $350 and at most $525 of the regular $875 fee. We do not award any 100% sponsorships.
  • Payment plans. These are usually about $100 a month after paying the first $350 deposit up-front, until you’ve paid the full $875 regular fee.

A refundable deposit is required before we can consider your application for financial aid. (If you cannot afford the full $350 deposit, pay as much of it as you can afford now.)

Brothers and Friends

You can register with a friend, mentor, or family member at a joint discounted rate.

$1,150 for both men
(equal to US$575 each)

  • Early-bird rate does not apply to the Brothers and Friends discount.
  • Both men must register at the same time to qualify.

$580 deposit to hold space for both

Full payment is due by February 27, 2026.
